StarHub's Board of Directors comprises 13 Directors and three alternate Directors. Other than Mr Steven Terrell Clontz (Mr Terry Clontz), all of our Directors are non-executive Directors.

Our Board of Directors has determined that six of our Directors are independent and do not have a material relationship with us as defined by the Singapore Code of Corporate Governance. They are Mr Kua Hong Pak, Mr Nihal Vijaya Devadas Kaviratne CBE, Mr Lim Chin Beng, Mr Teo Ek Tor, Mr Liu Chee Ming and Mr Robert J. Sachs.

the board is true and correct.  what the public dont see is the controlling arm of another big arm holding starhub.  these names are directly or indirectly related to that big arm.  good diversity.  good control too!
