Starmie help pokemon diamond?

what moves should i teach my starmie in diamond it knows icebeam tbolt surf phycic but i want to teach it recover what should i delete

It depends On If you Have Another Strong Water Pokemon  That Can Learn Surf,If You Do I'd Go To The Move Deleter In Canlave City And Delete surf cause I'm pretty Sure it is the weakest out of all of them

ice beam should be the one left out, because it is super effective against grass and flying and some bug, psychic will take out grass and bug, and thunderbolt will take out flying. if you have to have icebeam for dragons it is safe to lose thunderbolt since it only really effects water and you are water.

bottom line if it is your dragon slayer lose thunderbolt, any other circumstance lose ice beam
