Stars and spiders.?

ok im putting two questions into one here. in aus we have your common house spiders like whitetails, huntsmans, daddy long legs etc: what do you get in america? what are your common house spiders and also what stars do you have in america? we have the saucepan, southern cross, etc:

We get some daddy long legs especially in the summer time. Also you can find some yucky cockroaches. Eeeek!!! Lol
