who out there would like to ratify the constituion and get all these money grubbing politicians off there pedestals and have some real people lead this country?

I think that we need to think more about how we can raise the consciousness of the ordinary citizen to a level that will allow him to lead a productive and moral life without needing support from the government, rather than placing the burden on the leaders.

It's the ordinary citizens who will define our future path, not our leaders.  

The citizens must lead the titular heads of state by their actions and their convictions.

That's why there are revolutions.  But eventually the "new bosses" become the same as the old.
