Start menu button is gone on HP DV2000. ?

How do I open "my computer" to copy files so I can wipe the entire hard drive?

ok this took me a few minutes to figure out: first you right click on your desktop background then select new then microsoft office word document. After you have done this, then open the word document. select file then save as. then the save window will open. on the left hand side under the folders heading scroll to the top and select computer and your there! alt,ctrl,delete , at the same time, click FILE at top left click -new task type explorer.exe, and see if that does the trick
