15 th of August. You should get paid on the 31st.It all depends on how you boss(or Company) does their payroll.

My wifes' boss would pay her from the 21st to the 29th of july.

First pay check as you mentioned will be on

15th august. But you will get paid for 3 weeks,

including the last week of July.

Depends on contract - if you are required to work any time in advance or not.

Since you start on 21st of month, in theory you will get paid on last day of month (since 15th has obviously gone).

If you are required to do 2 weeks in advance, then 1st paycheck is likely to be 15th August. (cos end of month falls before your two weeks in advance has been worked).

If a month in advance is required, then 1st pay should be end August.
