Hi,My ETEN M500 recently hang while doing a routine back-up. I tried pressing the power button to restart it to no avail. I then removed the battery but since then, whenever i press the power button, it doesn't go beyond the green screen (the screen giving info on the phone's version etc).I've tried to reset the phone but that didn't work. The memomy card has the latest backup but how do i get past the green screen?
