I posses a very bad fitness , cannot run, cannot play with my baby, cannout climb stairs even 1 floor.
Suddenly 20 days back when I was seeing olympics, I started feeling bad about myself and got motivated to get minimum level fitness.
I am jogging 1 mile and then I climb my apartment staircase.
Now i added staircase after 1 week of jogging
I is almost 1 week of climbing stairs and now I am able to climb my apartment 25 storey in a go.
Please guide if I am at a write way.
