Question:

Started a running regime and worked for a while but then the top of my feet started to hurt a few days in?

It was like horrid aches and I couldn't run

What do I do to solve that??

  1. NEVER ignore pain.  Get to a good sports-medicine podiatrist and find out.

    Chances are, you started out too vigorously and have caused some malady.  Rest will probably cure it, but you have to make sure since the feet are extremely important to runners.

    (try running on one foot, for ex)    Good Luck


  2. you may have inadequete shoes. Make sure your shoes are in good shape and fit your foot well enough to accomplish the task without injuries. in the meantime;stay off them and heat(feet). you may ask a training specialist at a local club or sports therapy center for more specific help

    also,when you first start running, youll be sore-its just part of getting into a healthy habit that works different parts of your body. sorry

  3. it,s a funny thing exercise no pain , no gain, but when you get there you feel and look a h**l of a lot better
