Started ballet at 14. Will I ever be this good? link included?

I've been doing it for a year now and I love it but sometimes I feel like the talent of girls like this and in my class are completely out of reach. Please give me some adivce: will I even be this good, and what should I do to reach it?

If you don't practice and give your all for it, no you won't. I'm sorry to say, but since you started late, now you're going to put a LOT more effort in than the girls that have been dancing since they were 3. It's a very rare case that you can go professional, however, but if you keep on practicing, maybe.....

practice. have the passion. ask your teacher for adivice. do whatever you need to do. i started ballet last year at 13 so if you like youi can ad me as a friend and we can chat. as we both want to know the same things. i am progressing very fast and i already feel like a true ballerina, i get that feeling to liek the others are better than me, but i ignore them and dont compare myself. i just think about how much i have improved and how good im going to be when im older.

These dancers live, eat and breathe dance. They are dancing almost everyday of the week. They are completely committed to dance.

Taking 2 or 3 classes a week isn't going to get you there.

You need to talk to your teachers. and the studio's director where you dance. Ask for an honest evaluation of your dancing.
