  1. yeah it should, remember you're looking for when it rises significantly, then you'll know that you've ovulated. Remember that you forgot to chart the first 5 days when you try to use this chart to approximate when you will ovulate next month.

Good luck and lots of baby dust to you!!!

  2. Yes, it should still work.  A lot of people (against recommendations) don't temp when they are on their period.  A lot of times, your temps will be slightly higher when you are on your period and should become lower as the bleeding stops.  You could however, just have naturally high temps, but in any case, you should see a temp. shift when you ovulate.  Good luck to you!!  Baby dust!!

  3. Yes it should still work.  are you doing sympto-thermal?  Your temp should be fairly consistant until you ovulate and it goes up.  sometimes there's a bit of a dip just before ovulation.

  4. Rocker Wife has it nailed but to answer your final question, you will get "blank" circles if you take your temp at an odd time than you normally would, if you enter sleep deprived and stuff like that.

  5. I often don't start temping consistently until my period is done, so temping on CD5 is fine.  However, temps in the 98 range are high for this time of your cycle.  Are you temping properly??

--Temp first thing when you wake.  Before you get out of bed, before talking, before eating/drinking, before moving around.

--Temp at the same time every morning. Give or take half hour if you must.

--Temp after getting AT LEAST 3 consecutive hours of sleep

If you've been temping this way then your chart should be fine.

    Good luck.
