Question:

Started to play vhs tapes

started to play vhs tapes from 12-15 yrs ago.. first one was perfect second one woudln't play, seemed stuck...tried to gently manually wind or unwind it and it wouldn't move.. HELP.. can a professional place put this on a dvd for me?
