Starter relay 1990 integra? starting problem

Question

does this vehical have one? if so where is it located and can you describe it. I am trying to narrow down a starting(or lack of) problem. I hear a click comming from inside the car when i try to start it I assume it has to come from a relay. And yes my battery is brand new and ive checked all connections. it always starts but sometimes it takes a few tries. its hard to diagnose the problem when it does start without hesitation most times, so i want to start with the cheapest fix first. any opinions? starter brushes, ignition switch, neutral switch?

I suspect starter or Solenoid Switch!

Recommend Free testing at auto zone or other stores! Spend money on only what you need. If you just start replacing things, it can get expensive very quickly!
