Starting Freshman Football. Jockstrap, pants.?

I am starting freshman football and I have to wear my jockstrap from home and get the rest of the stuff on at school before practice. I have the jockstrap that looks like underwear, not the ones that look like boxers. My question is, should I wear boxers under of over the jockstrap so nobody sees my *** when I am changing?

If it looks like underwear or boxers its NOT a jockSTRAP. A jockstrap looks like a jockstrap and nothing else.If you are a freshman in high school and play football and have hit puberty then a real jockstrap should be the first item of clothing you put on for any practice or game or conditioning. A jockstrap unlike compressoin shorts will increase testosterone levels thus improving focus, endurance, increase muscle over time, plus they are much cooler during 2 adays. They also let your skin breathe more reducing the liklihood of staph or MRSA.  If possible wear only a jockstrap and put your pads in your football pants, if thats absolutely not an option then wear a jockstrap under your football girdle. Never wear underwear or more compression shorts under a girdle.

listen man, u must have a locker room at school, get used to changing ther, your teammates will help with the right jock or girdle-get used to being naked in ther, we all have the same equipment
