Starting My Own Summer Football Team For The Neighborhood? Need Advise ?

All of us have worked in teams in our place of work or in a sport we played. Can you tell me some advantages and disadvantages that you experienced while working with a team so I can implement these?

What were some team-building processes that you and your teammates implemented. Where these effective?
