Starting Pokemon on a Competative Level ((?))?

How much would it be roughly to get into Pokemon with a decent deck.

What do the price range(s) tend to get a tier 1 deck???

lol I answered your same question before, Ebay and online stores sell a ton of Pokemon cards for reasonable prices but the really rare and strong ones are like $30 to $200. Most of the competitive decks are based on the Team Magma set but I'm guessing Diamond and Pearl is the hot one right now. Buy a deck and just buy cards online to improve it, that would be around $20 to $220 depending on what cards you add. I always loved the Legend Maker Golem deck but they don't sell it anymore so I don't know what deck to recommend.
