Well School is starting soon so I need to start getting in to a routine but since I haven't been in School since March I have no clue how to get it together.I have been staying up late since march too so I have no clue how to make my self sleepy at a decent hour and then I'm not sure what times I should do what so I'm ready for bed lol.How do I start to Relax and stuff before bed so I get Sleepy?What is your schedule for School or Work?
