Starting Sophmore Year soon!?

Well School is starting soon so I need to start getting in to a routine but since I haven't been in School since March I have no clue how to get it together.I have been staying up late since march too so I have no clue how to make my self sleepy at a decent hour and then I'm not sure what times I should do what so I'm ready for bed lol.How do I start to Relax and stuff before bed so I get Sleepy?

  1. after the holidays i set my alarm to an early time so i am more tired at night, as i stay up late too. also at night don't watch tv or read or whatever in bed, do it sitting up. a hot drink like tea or milk or milo works well at night to relax. i stop eating around 2-3 hours before i plan on going to bed, especially food high in sugar.

    you can also train your body by gradually going to bed earlier and earlier, say for example you go to bed at 12am now, tomorrow go to bed at 11:30, the next night 11, and so on.


  2. im starting my sophomore year too and i always stay up all night during the sumer so what i do is stay up the night and day so then i get really tired by the next evening, then if i make it, i go to bed at 8 ish and BAM im knocked out, then make sure you have already set your alarm for the next morning though. This method always works for me ha. Or you can just lay in bed earlier and relax and youm ight fall asleep when you don't expect it.
