Starting Volleyball in about 2 hours!!!! HELP!!!?

I'm getting ready for my first volleyball session and I still am not sure about what kind of shirt and shoes I have to wear!!! Please answer SOON!!! I'm soo nervous and I don't know how I'm going to do!!!

Wow, yall suck. For volleyball, wear short shorts, like spandex or biking shorts (That way they don't get pulled down if you fall), knee pads, wear court shoes (If you don't have volleyball shoes, use cross trainers), and a t-shirt or tank top. Its not that bad! Good luck

okay totally wear comfortable shoes. wear anything your comfortable in: tank-top, t-shirt, or a t-shirt w/ the sleeves cut off. spandex or shorts either or. and oooooh.

knee pads =] they save your knees.

and also maybe some knee-high socks. because when you slide on the floor you can get floor/gym burn and it's not that pretty either.

you need need pads... tennis shoes

spandex shorts[[ or just regular sport shorts]]

and a t-shirt!!

t-shirt & Short, any athletic shoes, if you have knee pads even better.

keep your eye on the ball and don't worry and always remember you have partners out there so relax if you get stressed out.

shorts and a white top or any Adidas topwith a headband and kneepads with hair up and any sneakers tht look good!

best thing for me is usually a tank and pe shorts with kneepads (you "might' need them lol)

for a beginner you might want a sweatshirt or sweater with long sleeves but it might get really hot

be sure to put your hear up so it doesnt get in you way

running shoes are good just make sure you have grip and its flat as possible
