What is the starting wage for a Server at Boston Pizza and how do tips/tip pools work there?

  1. Minimum Wage for a server is $4.50. Then, whatever tips you get.  You have to tip the bus boys 10% of your tips. If there is a bar, you need to tip 5% of your tips.
