Starting a 7 gallon fish tank

i already have 2 tanks a 20 gallon and a 12 gallon and i'm starting a 3rd...

its 7 gallons. (fresh water)

what fish should i get? i love goldfish but everyone says the tank is to small for even one!!!! :(

but are there any other fish that i can have alone??

i just want one fish, something thats beautiful and colorful and not super tiny. does this fish exist?? I already know about bettas but is there anything else?)

if not what kind of small schooling fish should i get and how many.

no guppies please :)

  1. why not try some cardinal or neon tetras as there nice, schooling, small and peaceful. or get 2 rams there small nice and peaceful. But are a bit expensive.

    7 white cloud mountain minnows (coldwater)

    7 neon tetras

    7 rummynose tetras

  5. I know you said no bettas but i think you should check out the half moon and crown tails... they are really beautiful to look at and come in all kinds of stunning colors...

    i think in a 7 gallon tank i would get one crown tail and 5 neon tetras... i think that would be a beautiful set up. just like this tank

  6. get some tetras

    neon tetras or those black tetras

    you could get some chiclids
