Starting a Bussiness in Montana?

I am starting to put my long years of education to work in the next few days but need some help from those with the knowledge. I need to know what TAX forms I will need to fill out and send in as an independent contractor. I am doing Medical Billing but have no idea what forms to use and I can't get ahold of my CPA as he is out of state until next week. I want to have these forms done now so I can start sending out my letters knowing I am doing it correctly. Any information would be great. Don't be fecisious either.....I went to school for a years while working and taking care of an infant and family....this is my chance at a better life and it took me a long time to get here.

You start your buisness in a few days and habe no clue what tax forms to use? You better think this idea over before you invest money in a new business. You should be better prepared. If you took a long time to get there you should do it right. I wish you much success.
