Starting a Non Profit?

I'm looking into two masters programs a Masters in Social Work or a Masters in (Non-Profit) Management. In the next two years I want to start a group home, but i don't know what masters program i should pursue.

Any suggestions?

  1. How about a double master's? You'll need the management degree, but it would be very helpful to have some social work credentials as well.
