Starting a Rugby 7s club?

Question

I'm really into Rugby sevens, but the nearest club doesn't play it. I have some willing people to play.

Can anyone tell me how to do it? If it helps, I am in Scotland.

Why dont you begin by introducing the Game to the people near you. Teach them how to play Touch Rugby and the rules of passing and carry on from there!

I'm not sure but didn't the Scots create 7's rugby?

I did a quick wiki and yup 1883 Melrose Rugby Football club.
