Question:

Starting a Small Business...?

My wife and I are interested in starting a small business together... the only catch is that we still haven't arrived as to what we should do!

We're not going to start something just to be starting it, however, we seriously want to run our own small business- any suggestions (not including the typical work from home and earn $7,000 in your first month!)?

  1. Hey my sister and I opened a coffee shop which unfortunately turned into a restaurant we opened it when we were 15 and 18.

It was fun but so much hard work. I would stay away from anything with food it is hard work and expensive. Coffee or alcohol drinks are the way to go the have a higher profit rate. Don't go into anything thinking it is cool cuz you can start your own hours and it is going to be easy, it is not easy and you can't set your own hours until later.

  2. I also want to start small business, maybe we can be a trade partner. I live in HK and can source lots of cheap goods here and help to export to UK for retails/wholesales. my contact : ivycmtse@yahoo.com.hk
