Starting a new BPO in India?

Hi,

I'm a software Engineer based in Charlotte, NC. I'd like to start a BPO in India. Can some one help me out how to start with? I need to know who outsources, how to approach companies, etc. Where can I find these information?

BPO  is a saturated market now, but still their is lot of scope for new entrants, u need to approach different companies, financial offices and select their needs for outsources and then finalize Ur strategy.

May explore, KPO instead of BPO.

Market for KPO has started, and is likely to grow much more than BPO. KPOs are much more remunerative than BPOs.
