So some how, I've accidently deleted my name list for girl names. Quite upset about it, since I had so many names on it and such a wonderful collection. So now I'm starting over, with the names I do remember from my list. And if you could, please suggest names that fit my style? Thanks.

List I have so far:

Rose

Isabeau

Cordelia / Cecilia

Alice

Charlotte

Evangeline

Pearl

Philomena / Persephone / Phaedra / Penelope

Ruby / Ruth

Mathilde / Mathilda

Francesca

Anastasia

Astrid / Aster

Iris / Isla / Isolde / Ivy

Orchid

Lotus

Violet

Opal

Clementine

Hannelore

Ariel

Melody / Melanie

Madeleine

Adelaide / Adelaine / Adelheid

A name I was starting to like was Aubrianna, but it sounds a bit rough when you say it out loud. I guess it only looks pretty.

  10. my girl's names are Bambi and Cara

I know most people don't agree with Bambi, but it has significance to my husband

My step daughter's name is Lia (which I adore spelled that way)

I also like the girl's name Remy (but I see you don't like unisex names)

Courtney is/should no longer considered a boys name. It is very much predominately used on girls now. Same with Aubrey and Morgan is getting there. I really don't think Brynn is that masculine either.

I do love all your girls list. Iris,  Isla, Ivy, Gemma, Vivienne and Astrid are my absolute favorites.

  17. I like:

Astrid Anastasia: I imagine Astrid Anastasia as being a dreamer---completely ambitious and imaginative.

Iris Mathilde: I imagine Iris Mathilde as being a very intelligent and aware child. She seems like she'd be well-spoken and excel academically. Iris Mathilde may be at times a bit too serious, but her loyalty and love would make up for it.

Charlotte Rose: I imagine Charlotte Rose as the ultimate tea party girl! She sounds very feminine and polite.

Francesca Ruby: I imagine Francesca Ruby as being incredibly silly and spunky! She sounds like she'd be an optimistic girl who wouldn't get caught up in the drama of the world.

Isabeau Violet: I imagine Isabeau Violet being a peacemaker. She sounds very serene and wise.

Good luck with the names :)

btw, I know how nice it is to have those names you just LOVE, and some you just hate.  I'm not into those unisex, male-as-female or misspelled names either.  But you ASKED for advice on names.  Try to be more polite when people give it to you.  It's almost like you're looking to correct someone about their names.
