  1. Make some new friends, kiddo.  You made friends in elementary, you made friends at the charter, you'll make new friends just fine at the new school.  Big schools do have some rules that are supposed to help with "crowd control" in the hallways.  If not, just follow right behind the biggest guy you can find --- he'll "break a trail" for you! kinda like tailgating an 18-wheeler on the highway; maybe he knows you're there, maybe not, but he'll definitely break through the crowd for you!

  2. I experienced a similar situation this year. My school last year consisted of 300 kids grades 7-12 and this year over 2000 in only 9-12. At first I was overwhelmed by the fact that masses of strangers crowded the halls and every day presented new faces. Don't worry about it. After only a few weeks you'll find new friends if you're only open to it. Don't cling to your old friends and block off new people. It's easier than you think and soon you'll learn to love the opportunities your new school presents you with.

  3. Youll meet people really dont worry about it.

I was kinda nervous when I first started middle school and but so are alot of other kids on the first few weeks.
