Starting a website?

For awhile now, I have been wanting to start a pet adoption website, similar to 1-800-Save-A-Pet.com. I know I'm going to eventually need a group of people to work the site, but I can't seem to get it together. Are there any ideas of how to make the website better and how to promote it?

After you sell to all you friend and nieghbors the income isn't that great. I've alway bought Avon and like it. Tried selling it once didn't make that much.

I built a  website using my hobby, travel. It earns money. It was a very slow, time consuming process at first and a lot of work, but now a steady stream of income and all I do is maintain it and add content.

The company helps with marketing, design, monetizing, html and so much more. There is a small fee - nothing worth while is free. The fee is refundable too  if you don't like it. Good luck
