Starting an advertised supported website or info book?

I am looking to start a website or information booklet regarding dogs/pets in my state (because there is none). I'd like this website/book to be advertised supported from local companies. How do I go about doing this? Which would be more profitable?

You would have to go to the local companies websites and see if they have an affiliate program. If so then click on the link and sign up... You can also contact them asking them if they support websites like yours.

There are ways to integrate both. There are also web hosts that will assist you in setting up this type of site. A great web host will assist you in targeting locals to if that is what you need.
