Starting biking ? Downhill possibly?

Hi my xbox 360 is pissin me off right now so i think im going to sell it on ebay and get around 200 GBP for it and am interested in biking since my friend does it but he does downhill racing so what decent bike can i get for around about 200gbp($400)

ya  sure but dont buy a downhill bike right off the bat you should start with a hardtail made for serious trail riding something with 120mm or higher
