Starting bodybuilding????

Hi.

im a guy from sweden and want to start bodybuilding. i bought a bodybuilding set today ( the main table for doing breast and legs, im not sure what its called in english). My question is what is the best way to start with? im in very good condition as i run everyday and is training. i already have big and strong legs so i want to concenterate on my overbody and chest. any good schedule for how much training everyday?

and any tricks on for how to get big soon?
