  1. yeah i think you should bve able to. if you practice and its ur passion. i did gymnastics when i was 5-10 and got kicked out for to much socializing.so yeah. hope this helps!

  2. it may be hard since you haven't done it in a while. it will take longer to learn it since most people start young

  3. I coached a girl once who had never done gymnastics till she was 15, she was a sophomore in high school. She had the flexibility of a brick (she admitted it herself), but she still did fine. Go for it! As long as you are willing to put in the effort, you can progress quickly. I coached a girl who moved up 2 levels (at my gym, we do beginner, adv. beginner, middler, etc.) within one year. The only thing I will warn you on is that by setting such high goals, you are setting yourself up for disappointment if you don't progress as quickly as you are hoping to. Take reality into account when you plan out your goals.

Talk to your coach, too. I'm sure there's a stretch or technique you can practice at home to make yourself a little stronger for whatever you're trying to get. Just remember, always have someone who knows what they're doing spot you for more dangerous stuff! (Not cartwheels, obviously, but back handsprings, and front handsprings, etc.) Just be careful!
