  1. I would join an on-lin support forum and read, read, read!

    http://www.TrueSelves.com

    That place specializes in young transitioners like yourself.  You'll learn lots and make tons of friends.

    More general info can be found here:

  2. prettyful?

    wow, your a dork!

    and you haven't started your period YET?

    you do ACTUALLY know what your period is, write??

    whatever =/

  3. There are hundreds of transgender web sites. Just look for them on Yahoo search. As for hormones, you have to see a counselor to make sure you really have gender disorder to get a doctor to give you a prescription for them. There are doctors who will prescribe them for you without counseling but they will only accept patients who are have been living mostly as the opposite gender for some time. Otherwise they will require a letter from a therapist who is experienced in gender related issues.

    Also note that hormones are not covered by most insurance plans. They will cost between $600 and $2,000 a year. Check with your insurer.

  4. Google and Wikipedia are pretty much your best bet..

    There are plenty resources on the net regarding TS hormones..

    There are basically two types, anti-androgens and estrogen. AA's stop testosterone production and estrogen feminises your body and causes emotional changes.
