Starting my own computer repair business?

This is about the only thing that worries me right now, what would i have to do to install a new OS on a personal computer, if the person didnt have the orignal discs to restore the computer, can i buy a store bought CD and use it on all the computers i restore or just one per cd.

Are you changing Operating Systems? If so then you'll probably have to buy a new one.

Or you can always do system restore, it will restore your computer to its original settings without need of a disc. You will probably lose ALL your files though, so make sure to save them on CD's and such. When system restore is complete your computer will look the same as the day you bought it.

To do system restore as you turn on your computer hit F10. You will have to do it quickly, so I suggest you keep tapping it as the computer turns on, it will take you to the prompt and it will show you how to do it.
