Starting my own tattoo shop in Illinois?

I have been practicing tatooing for about 3 1/2 years now. I would like to start a small buisness of my own. However i do want it to be ligit. Anyone know where i can find the information that i need. Things as far as licenses and things like that. I dont need any lectures on cross contamination and my skill level. I have and have done all the neccesary things to be sterile and have great art work. thanks for the help.
