  1. In 1st year,You will face general courses of engineering like maths, engg drawing,Basic Mechanical engg,Mechanics etc.

It's good that you want to start reading from 1st year.but without basic knowledge of electrical engg you wont start reading advanced. You prefer to read physics of 12th science.it will help you while understanding the consepts of wngineering.

Also work hard on maths as it will help you in 1st year maths & in written test of companies.

  2. can you please answer my question I asked please

  4. Ya and how did you get into college?

Oh... lol... you might live in Kansas.

  5. If you're REALLY anxious to start early, than go ask your college academic counselor or teacher(s) about the certain books you need to use for your studys. Or, you can search Google for books to match your course work. (That seemed to help me tremendously.)

    GOOD LUCK!!!!

  6. i dono were u from.....if u provided tat detail it may be very useful...even thugh itz electrical u vil read some basics in first yr like physics, comp science etc....u study full of electrical from 3rd yr only.....so have some basic idea ab electrical....n itz not bad to study "c"language....itz a basic for every engineer......

lot of books r available internet...u can download it..i guess thy must have provided u a syllabus book...tat may be very useful to u  i guess....all de best for ur course

  7. To the two other answerers above, why do you guys have something against the asker?  Maybe the asker is an international student, with english as a second language.  Maybe that's why the asker wants to start studying early.

As for electrical engineering courses, it's hard to say.  There are so many books out there, and some are way easier than others.  My suggestion is for you to try to get ahold of the class's lesson plan, or see if you can contact the professor to find out what books they will be using.

If you go to the bookstore, you can probably already see what books the classes will use.  You'll want a book that's similar to the one that your class will use.  I once had an EE class where I was going nuts because the book I had was terrible and was teaching me to attack problems from a different direction (than what the professor was telling us to do).

  8. If you made it into college with all of those grammatical errors, I'm really scared!
