i have always had office/admin jobs...being a file clerk, receptionist(twice), accounting assistant, working in a bikini shop, and for an optometrist.
i want to start working as a server, seeing the potential some of my friends or people i know make in wages.
i want to work at PF changs..what is the likelihood i could begin as a server? i've heard some places start you off first as a host... what are some good restaurants to work at? i have a cheesecake factory, red lobster, olive garden, BJ's Pizza, PF changs...etc...if any of you have worked there give me some input!
also, how difficult is it to be a server?? i have a short term memory...i'm afraid it might be a lot of pressure and what not..
