Starting talent, model agency...how do I promote my company?

I am starting a talent, model agency but I am not sure how to promote my company to people/companies who are looking to book talent/models for gigs. I live in Indianapolis, IN

Create some contests and Competitions and spread the word thru your friends and contacts, clubs and other Talent Agents. check out other competitions and learn how the Talent Agents are promoting their company
