Starting to plan a wedding?

I am looking for a hotel/resort that I saw online a year back and I can't find it anymore! It was either in the VA or NC mountains and it was made of stone with magnificent views of the mountains. Can anyone tell me if they know of a place like this or have any suggestions of a place in the mountians of VA that would make a good setting for an outside wedding?
