Starting to wear eyeliner. Need tips!?

Question

I've been wearing Revlon Long Stay on the bottom, on what I think is called the waterline. But, every time I wear it, after about a half hour or so, it isn't even on my eye anymore, its below it! I think it's because of sweating, but I look like I have super bad dark circles. Please help!

my q was slightky simular but use pencil first then go over it with liquid

do not put it on your waterline it could infect your eye

put it lower and it wont come off

MAC Kohl pencil is AMAZING...

I always wear my eyeliner on the waterline, and always had the same problem of it wearing off really fast...

MAC's one sticks, and i've found i've only needed to reapply it much later in the day.... it comes in a whole range of colours, but I personally use the darkest black called "smoulder"

I would reccomend that you keep applying the eyeliner where you have already done so and I had the same problem with my eyeliner (victorias secret) until a friend of mine told me to use Mac and it stays on all day and I know that you may think that its expensive but its not and it is completely water proof  Good Luck!!!

i have that problem too... yeah everyone says its bad for your eyes and you can get infections, but it just looks so much better on me than under the lashline...

anyways, i found that MAC kohl pencils are awesome (anything kohl seems to work best).  i got that hint from one of my middle eastern friend that wore it that way too, and she told me it just has a better staying power than regular make-up.  also, you should "melt" the tip slightly before applying it - zap it for a few seconds with the hairdrier, not until it actually melts, but it will soften it a bunch and go on smoother.

Get a water proof liner don`t put to much on and see how that works also if you play sports remember to take it off before . I assume your young if you just started wearing it if your 11 - 13 don`t wear much makeup at all wear a lip gloss liner mascara powder concealer and a natual shadow natural .Keep it natural . At 14-15 add blush and a more colorful shadow and more liner if you want any older go for whatever you want !!
