Starting your own team...?

Hi, I was thinking about starting my own synchronized skating team with a friend of mine and was wondering if anybody had any tips.

You cant start you own team.

1. You need a syncho coach

2.  Some one to help with clothing.

3. A book with all the rules.

4. Some one to find out all the comps.

Deff A coach They know all the rules. What should be put it. How to solve problems.

Well you might wanna talk to the skating director at your rink... she can give you some help starting it off.

Also: is there not any teams at your rink already? If not this is a great idea, and people will probably want to join.

Put out flyers/posters so people will actually know about it.
