Startup Items Help Please?

Question

Every time I start up my computer, two "My Documents" folders show up, but it's not listed as a startup item in MSCONFIG. And now it takes forever for the startup items to fully load.

This started after I downloaded AVG 8.0.

How do I fix it?

try~hold down together~Ctrl + Alt+Del~this will bring task  manager on to your screen.click on 2nd tab processes .this will give you all your start up programs .you can turn off/delete from here,
