I am considering going on a diet consisting of coffee and water for a few days or weeks to see if I can knock off a few pounds.I have been on Atkins for about 6 months and have managed to come within 10 lbs. of my desired weight but now I have stopped losing. I don't care if my body thinks I am at my "natural weight" I want to be my optimal weight. So my question is if I go on a liquid diet a.) Will I lose the weight? b.) well I be able to keep the weight off? I do not eat any sugar or refined carbs.Any information and/or opinions would be helpful.
