  1. I dip mine in flour and fry in oil until brown and pour Pioneer Gravy over it and bake for 45 minutes!*

  2. three words

    Chicken Fried Steak

DIp the steak in egg then seasoned flour and fry in a fry pan with some oil iuntil glden brown and blood ceases to rise as it's cooking

then take a little of the oil you cooked the meat in into another skillet, bring up to a medium high heat, toss in a bit of flour to make a rue, (whisking the flour and oil together to make a bit of a sticky paste)add milk to it slowly whisking contantly with some salt and pepper and serve over steak with some mashed potatoes.

  3. Pound it thin.  Salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.  Then fry in a skillet w/ a little oil.

  5. Cube steak is easy.

Put the pan at about medium temp

Put in the cube steak, pour on some worchestershire sauce and pepper and cook it. It is thin, so it will cook up fast. be alert.

I put BBQ sauce on when I eat. If you have a veggie, that is good as well

  6. You can order on-line from Pappa Johns and Pizza Hut, they'll have their menu and specials on there and you can eat pretty good for $15

As to the cube steak, pretty easy.  Put some flour on a plate or in a baggie and season with salt and pepper, you can add in some garlic and/or onion powder.  Take a skillet, add some oil and start to heat it up (go medium), coat a steak with the flour and when the oil is heated put the steak in.  Go easy on the oil, just enough to coat the bottom--no depth to it.  The steaks will cook up and you'll know its ready to turn when you see blood pooling on top, flip and let the other side brown up.
