i have someone that called me from another state. i dont want my parents finding out though will the number come out on the bill and will i get charged.

probably yes. but you can say a lies such as: a telemarketer called me, or it was a wrong number, that kind of stuff. The best way to check is to call or check the website of your phone service provider.

Landline phone bills do not show incoming calls, unless they are collect calls.

Cell phone bills will show the incoming caller's phone number.
