  1. Medpay is on the policy as a seperate coverage from the other coverages.

It is for if you get hurt in the vehicle...covers the Dr bills whether you've stubbed your toe in the car, had an accident or had a heart attack IN THE CAR!

Uninsured motorist is for you -if you are in a not-at-fault accident and the at-fault party has NO insurance - that would cover your vehicle damage & injuries in that not-at-fault accident

    Full Coverage= Comprehensive and Collision

Comprehensive covers acts of God (fire, theft, flood, vandalism) and glass breakage -any type of glass breakage unless you broke the glass yourself

Collision is at-fault accidents and hit&runs

  2. This is NOT company specific, it's state specific and policy specific.

I'll assume you're talking about auto.

Med pay, is what YOU collect your medical payments from, under your policy, REGARDLESS of fault.

If you ask for "full coverage", which btw isn't an insurance term, some people will think it includes med pay, some won't.  To be safe, don't use the phrase "full coverage".  Specify each line of coverage you want.
