you can sell them without fear of punishment however you can not profit from their sale- meaning you can not make money by selling them. sell thems for the face value only......

h**l yeh ! sign me up, are they for Sydney or Brisbane, i'm in Sydney but lived in Brissie a while ago and could always make it up there for the big one ! Than enjoy Caxton Street afterwards, only i'll leave the Blue Jersey at home !!!!
