States (Track and Field)?

My 4x100 team made it to states and the state meet is saturday. Does anyone have any type of work outs for me to do to get ready for this important track meet/4x100 meter relay???

  1. It is best if you don't overdo it this last week. You are alrady in great shape and you have the training in. Now, you need to prepare mentally for the meet and work on hand offs and technique. It is the little things that are going to matter at that meet. You have to perfect everything. Don't go full out on anything in practice so you can save yourself for the meet. Good Luck!   2. It is likely too late to change anything.  I would say just taper and maybe work extra hard on your exchanges (which are really underrated).  Then enjoy state.

  4. welll... just listen to your coach. i owuld suggst just tapering down your workouts if it is sat. keep fresh .. and good luck!
