Static comin from my four channel amp running my interior speakers?

i have a lanzar vibe 436 amp runnin my interior speakers but a low volumes theres a static noise comin from the speakers, i tried unpluggin the rca's and they still produce the sound, could it possibly be a ground issue? and if not any other suggestions

Sounds like a ground issue. Double check your amp ground, it should be tight and to a bare metal surface, if there is paint, sand it off. If the problem persists, move the ground for the deck to a chassis ground, rather than to a factory harness.
