I just purchased a 19" Philips HD TV and for awhile it worked well. Now, every few days, it wont turn on in the a.m., I have to unplug it for about 30 to 60 seconds and then replug it and it works again. I'm told this is due to static electricity! So far, it has happened about 3/4 times. Has anyone else heard of this?
